Terms and conditions for using GoSiam.tours services

1. Booking & Payment
a. All tours must be booked in advance. Bookings require full payment either during checkout or upon arrival at the tour meeting point (when allowed).
b. Payments can be made through our online system or by bank transfer.
c. After we receive your booking, you will receive a confirmation email with the tour details.
d. GoSiam.tours reserves the right to cancel any booking that has not been paid in full within the required time.
e. If you need to cancel your booking, the following conditions apply:
- More than 24 hours before the tour: full refund.
- Less than 24 hours before the tour: no refund.
- Cut-off time is 23:59 (GMT+7), one day before your tour date.
f. Some tours may have different cancellation rules set by the operator. These will be shown on the tour page.
2. Tour Itinerary
a. Tour programs may change without prior notice due to weather, sea conditions, traffic, or other factors outside our control.
b. GoSiam.tours and our partner operators may modify or cancel a tour if necessary. If a tour is cancelled by us or the operator, customers will receive a full refund.
c. We are not responsible for any additional costs (such as transport, hotels, or flights) caused by changes to the tour schedule.
d. For your safety, customers must follow all instructions given by the tour guide or staff at all times.
3. Liability
a. GoSiam.tours is not responsible for loss, injury, illness, delays, or damage to personal property during the tour.
b. Customers join tours at their own risk and should be in suitable health to participate. Please inform us in advance of any medical conditions or physical limitations.
c. We cannot be held liable for accidents or problems arising from customers not following safety instructions.
d. GoSiam.tours is not responsible for lost or stolen belongings during the tour.
4. Travel Documents
a. Customers are responsible for having valid passports, visas, and any required travel documents before joining a tour.
b. GoSiam.tours is not responsible for any issues or costs that arise from missing, expired, or incorrect travel documents.
5. Privacy Policy
a. We respect your privacy and will not share your personal information with third parties unless required to complete your booking or required by law.
b. Personal information may be collected for booking management, communication, and providing tour services.
c. Customer reviews, photos, or feedback may be used for marketing purposes unless the customer requests otherwise.
6. Prices, Children Rates & Additional Fees
a. Prices listed on GoSiam.tours may change without notice depending on promotions, operator changes, or seasonal adjustments.
b. Some tours have different pricing for children, which will be shown on the tour page.
c. Additional fees such as national park fees, equipment rentals, or hotel transfers may apply depending on the tour and will be shown when possible.
7. Force Majeure
GoSiam.tours is not responsible for cancellations or changes caused by events outside our control, including weather conditions, natural disasters, government restrictions, or unexpected safety concerns.
8. Governing Law
a. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Thailand.
b. Any disputes will be handled by the courts of Thailand.
By booking a tour with GoSiam.tours, you agree to all of the above terms and conditions.
